Sadly, we have yet to get a decent amount of snow.
That said, the trails are in VERY GOOD CONDITION and the entrance hill was clear today. Do pay attention to temperatures and check if hill is slippery before you head up.
Trails are well drained and reasonably dry although there are a few areas with standing water particularly on the western side of the property
